Welcome to Chalet Gastein!

Chalet Gastein is quitly situated on the pedestrian zone of the sunny Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade (for our guests it’s possible to reach the house by car). It’s only a 5 minute walk from the centre and the famous waterfall of Bad Gastein. The Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade is a starting point for hikers to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Our house offers 6 double rooms with bath/shower, toilet and a sunny balcony. We also offer 6 apartments for 2 to 6 persons. The apartments are well equipped and each of them has a balcony. Every morning we offer a breakfast buffet in our breakfast room. During the day you can relax here, watch TV or have a drink. We also offer a big garden and sunny terrace. The ski lifts are easy to reach by car or ski bus.
Bad Gastein is situated a 1000 metres above sea level, in fresh mountain air. It’s snow secure until the end of April. With 200 kilometres of attractive runs and more then 80 kilometres cross-country tracks it covers all degrees of difficulty and lots more. Throughout the year you can relax in this international health resort. The pure mountain air, combined with the ideal climate altitude and Gastein’s thermal water guarantee a very special holiday. The summer also guarantees unforgettable experiences, while running and Nordic Walking, or even just plain old fashioned walking along the wonderful paths in and around the National Park Hohe Tauern.
